Manufactured in Sweden during the 1980s or 1990s by the historic Kosta Boda glassworks, designed by the artist Monica Backström.
Stunning art glass bowl from the famous “Tonga” series, featuring an organic, asymmetrical rim. Hand-painted with a striking, high-contrast pattern of rust-brown wavy lines and graphic black and white stripes.
Authentic collectible Scandinavian studio glass piece, signed on the base.
Condition: 4+ (very good with traces of age and/or of use).
