Description
Antique wooden cherub head.
Small head of smiling angel head.
Probably 17th or 18th century (the sculpture has not been appraised. I am not an expert and this is just my opinion). It was possibly part of a larger sculptural ensemble, perhaps of a religious nature.
Carved in wood, likely linden.
Condition: 4 (good with traces of age and/or of use).
